The project concept is based on multi-level zoning. The lower part of the complex is a glass-enclosed structure containing parking, utility rooms, and driveways. The second level is entirely dedicated to pedestrians and unites the residential buildings into a single public space. It features walking paths, green squares, cafes, restaurants, shops, coworking spaces, fitness centers, and small ponds for relaxation.
Above the public level are the residential buildings, organized into three compositional tiers. The lower floors are designed in a calm, light palette, the central section is accented by white rhythmic elements of the façade, and the upper tier is finished with panels with a golden patina, adding expressiveness to the building's silhouette and evoking Eastern architecture.
