Main idea — to create a highly private residence for a large family, integrating an enhanced guest function and extensive indoor and outdoor leisure zones, while fully respecting the community’s architectural regulations and the specific characteristics of the site.
The settlement’s architectural guidelines require significant setbacks from the plot boundaries, and the site itself is elongated along the forest on the southern edge. To maximize spatial quality, the villa is positioned longitudinally: the long façade opens toward the green panorama, while the short façade faces the arrival zone.
This layout enables uninterrupted vistas — the living area, kitchen-dining space, patio, and pool form a cohesive sequence of spaces oriented toward the forest. On the upper level, terraces extend the horizontal architectural rhythm and create privacy for the bedrooms.

The ground floor houses the main areas—the living room, kitchen-dining room, and playroom—all combined into a single space. Adjacent to this is the owner's office, overlooking the main façade, and a spa area with a sauna, hammam, and swimming pool, which overlooks the courtyard. Also here are bedrooms for the elderly parents and two guest rooms, separated from the living areas for privacy. The living room opens onto a summer terrace with a fireplace and a decorative pond.
The second floor is entirely dedicated to family space. It features three children's bedrooms, a family library, a small living room, and a master suite, each with its own bathroom, dressing room, and terrace. This solution allows the family to spend time together while maintaining their own privacy.

The house is constructed of monolithic concrete, with interior walls made of clinker brick. The flat roof is partially walkable. Drainage and utility lines are concealed within the structure.

The house is equipped with a supply and exhaust ventilation system, air humidification, and a smart home system that controls lighting, climate control, and outdoor irrigation. A diesel generator is installed for self-sufficiency.
