Medison Park — Moscow

The idea of the house is built around an L-shaped composition dictated by the configuration of the plot. The short wing faces the street, while the long wing opens toward the sun and the lawn. The central accent is a stone chimney-pylon that visually anchors and unites the two upper-level volumes.
Panoramic glazing elevated to the roofline visually lightens the structure, dissolving the boundaries of the façades.

The architectural expression is rooted in contemporary minimalism. The restrained volumes are emphasized by a curated material palette: corten steel, riegel brick, large-format porcelain panels, and metal cladding. From the street, the house presents a discreet and closed appearance, while toward the garden it opens with terraces and leisure zones.

The first floor combines common areas: a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room, and an additional kitchen for staff. It also houses a study, a guest bedroom, a spa area with a sauna, and a yoga room. The living room has access to two terraces: an open summer kitchen and a covered patio with a fireplace.

The house is constructed of monolithic concrete, with clinker brick walls. The roof is flat and partially usable, with a membrane waterproofing system. The panoramic glazing is energy-efficient and has a thin profile. The project incorporates supply and exhaust ventilation, heating, humidification, and backup power systems, while utility systems are concealed within the roof, maintaining a clean silhouette.
