About project
The project is a residential microdistrict consisting of seven buildings united into a single architectural cluster. Situated on a plot of approximately 200 acres, the complex is conceived as a "city within a city"—an autonomous environment for permanent residence with its own public spaces, recreation areas, shops, and infrastructure.
The primary idea was to create a comfortable living environment in which residents could spend time without leaving the complex. The project's visual structure is designed so that the buildings do not obstruct light and views, and each block has its own identity within the unified ensemble.

Main idea — to create a residential complex on the site with the most efficient use of the development space, while respecting strict height and urban planning restrictions. The goal was to create a design that would integrate residential, public, and recreational areas into a unified system, preserving the privacy of the residential levels and the openness of the public spaces.
The project concept is based on multi-level zoning. The lower part of the complex is a glass-enclosed structure containing parking, utility rooms, and driveways. The second level is entirely dedicated to pedestrians and unites the residential buildings into a single public space. It features walking paths, green squares, cafes, restaurants, shops, coworking spaces, fitness centers, and small ponds for relaxation.
Above the public level are the residential buildings, organized into three compositional tiers. The lower floors are designed in a calm, light palette, the central section is accented by white rhythmic elements of the façade, and the upper tier is finished with panels with a golden patina, adding expressiveness to the building's silhouette and evoking Eastern architecture.

«This project became an example of a successful dialogue between different architectural schools. We combined Russian design practices with local norms and the cultural context of the Arab region. For us, this was an important experience in creating a vibrant, autonomous space where architecture serves as a backdrop to life, not a decoration.»
